2. See what’s coming up near you. In your line of work, within reach of your postcode: how many contracts end in the next 18 months, at which councils, and five of them in full.
3. Start a free trial. One screen: what you do, where you work, the job sizes you want. Pre-filled from your ABN; change what you like.
4. Every Monday, up to five things to watch. New council decisions in your area, status changes, and contracts coming into their preparation window: large contracts two years out, standard ones a year out, small ones six months out. A quiet week sends your next six end dates instead. Never padded.
5. Your renewal calendar. Every relevant contract by end date, with holder, value, status and the council document, filtered to your interests.
